Great week!
We met with Marty again this week. He is doing awesome. He just finished the Book of Mormon and reads it every day. He was praying for strength to talk with coworkers about the gospel this week. Then people at work started asking questions about what he believes, and he shared pamphlets with them. Marty is great!
We served at a food kitchen on Wednesday. We help clean and peal and chop carrots and potatoes. I tried to speak spanish with a fellow worker, but only Samoan phrases kept coming to mind.
Cool miracle: On Tuesday our plans fell through and we prayed to know where to go. We saw the name of a member whose current status is unknown. We went to the house, found out he had moved. We met Enrique and talked with him. He was nice, but not really interested. But then he was like:
Oh, actually, my son might be interested. He has been thinking a lot about this kind of stuff lately.
Enrique said we could come back and meet his son, Andrew, later. I know that the Lord is preparing people to learn about His gospel!
